WORKING WITH ME
My work is based on full-property transformation, not partial styling or individual room updates.
Projects start from £5,000+ for one–two bedroom properties and from £8,000+ for larger homes, depending on scope and level of transformation required.
I source furnishings and styling pieces from a range of suppliers, including trade, retail, and carefully selected vintage or second-hand pieces, ensuring each project is tailored to the space, style, and budget.
THE PROCESS
Initial Consultation
(Free initial consultation) I will visit your property to assess the space, layout, and current presentation. During this visit, I will take measurements and identify opportunities to improve flow, functionality, and guest appeal.
PROPOSAL & INVESTMENT
Following the visit, I will prepare a tailored proposal outlining the design direction, scope of work, and full project investment for approval.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Once agreed, I will develop the full concept for your property. This includes layout flow, mood boards, material direction, and styling choices, all focused on improving how the space looks, functions, and performs for guests. I work visually and intuitively, using spatial awareness, proportion, and feel within the real space, allowing decisions to be made quickly and effectively on site.
PRESENTATION
We will meet to review the full concept. I will present the complete transformation plan, showing how the property will be redesigned.
IMPLEMENTATION
Once approved, I will require full and uninterrupted access to the property for the agreed project period to complete the transformation.
COMPLETION
All project costs are agreed in advance, with all or part payment required prior to implementation. The result is a fully transformed, guest-ready short-let designed to improve appeal, experience, and booking performance.
